On top of picking rolls off little boats, you can also order dumplings, ramen, and tuna crispy rice a la carte.
Signature rolls like the Salmon Seduction, finished with torched king salmon and ikura, share menu space with hamachi crudo dressed in yuzu and spicy tuna crispy rice topped with bluefin and a truffle eel sauce.
Enter Tokyo Tuna, which has operated in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood for three years, has opened a second location in South Miami, and it’s got a sushi river. It’s a kitschy but delightful way to deliver dinner.
South Miami just scored a flashy new way to eat sushi. Tokyo Tuna’s second location has opened with a full-on sushi river, where tiny boats ferry plates of fish around the dining room so diners can literally grab what catches their eye.
